1. Eligibility: All offers provided by our travel club require participants to be aged between 28 to 80 years old. The majority of offers are tailored for couples only, defined as individuals who are legally married or living together. However, select destinations may accommodate single females and males, subject to the resort's determination of eligibility.

2. Financial Requirements: To participate in our promotions, travelers must possess a major credit card and demonstrate a minimum annual income of $60,000 USD.

3. Promotional Requirements: In exchange for a complimentary stay at participating resorts or hotels, travelers are required to attend a 120-minute presentation. There is no obligation to purchase any product or service during this presentation; participants are only expected to meet the basic terms outlined by the respective resort's offer.

4. Representation Expectations: By accepting the promotional offer, travelers agree to act as ambassadors for the resort or hotel they visit. It is expected that participants will share their positive experiences with others through word-of-mouth promotion.

5. Subsidized Stay: The purpose of the promotional offer is to subsidize travelers' accommodation expenses in exchange for their time and feedback. The duration of the complimentary stay is determined by the specific terms of each offer and is subject to availability.

6. Reservation Process: Travelers must make reservations in advance to secure their complimentary stay. Availability is limited and bookings are subject to the resort or hotel's discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy: Participants are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policies of the resort or hotel where they have made their reservation. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in penalties or forfeiture of the promotional offer.

8. Liability: Our travel club acts solely as a facilitator for promotional offers provided by resorts and hotels. We are not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the accommodations or presentations provided by the participating establishments.

9. Modification of Terms: Our travel club reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotional offers at our discretion. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting a promotional offer from our travel club, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of the promotional offer and/or additional penalties imposed by the resort or hotel.
