Our Refund Policy
Travel Products and services, including hotel rooms, hotel deals, package deals or any other product that you purchase from us, are non-refundable. "Non-refundable" means that we will not issue you a refund - with certain exceptions. To make it fair for other families promotional bookings are guaranteed for you, so by canceling your reservation the hotel or resort developers do not have enough time to resell the unit to someone else, therefore it costs them money to accommodate you, then service you and finally by cancelling they are then stuck with a unit they cannot resell. If you feel that you may have an emergency come up or just unsure of what life will bring, we suggest purchasing our travel insurance which will protect your trip, allow you to reschedule your dates without losing your vacation. In cases where you do have to cancel, we will issue you a "Travel Credit" that you are able to use for future travel or other services. To learn more about Travel Credits & Our Rescheduling Policy, please see the Travel Credit section below. Situations whereas exceptions may or may not be granted are listed below.
Before you buy, our Refund Policy is listed in the "Fine Print" section of each product and in the Footer of our website. It is your responsibility to review our Refund Policy and make sure that you are comfortable with the policy before you buy. By purchasing on our website, you are acknowledging that you agree to our Refund Policy. In certain circumstances, we might require you to acknowledge that you agree to our Refund Policy with your digital signature. You may request a copy of this Agreement at any time.
